I will be finishing up my master's this summer and then will be looking for a professional position. I'm signed up to the society of american archivists job listserv as well as the ALA's. I also search archivesgig.com, highereducation.com, and libgig.com.
I wonder if using these mass library job websites are the best use of my time as I'm sure each position receives hundreds if not thousands of applications.Which websites does everyone use here to look up library and archives related jobs? What techniques do you use find jobs that are not posted on these highly used websites and listservs?
Congrats on graduating this summer! I hope to graduate this summer too hat's if I pass capstone. I'm already thinking about paper topics. I check pretty much the same sites as you. Good look on finding a professional position.
